Had dinner last week with Joe and Rick again. Hmm....didn't meet for 1 year and all of a sudden...2 meetings in 2 months and 1 more scheduled for next month. We had big plans...this time we will be inviting a few more friends to join us. It will be a reunion of sorts. After all, we have not met some of them for years.
It will be an opportunity to catch up on one another. Most importantly, is to give each other an opportunity to take stock of our lives and give encouragement, help to one another as we journey through the straight and narrow gate of our christian life. (Hebrews 10:24,25). Anything short of this will be a gossip session ( as my wife used to say).
Rick is feeling that "A great gathering movement and revival" is going to take place. Again the word "Revival" pops up. PLMC has been praying for revival since last year. Tangible results are seen ..God is going to do much more than we ever imagine in PLMC and I believe He will also continue to work in this small group of ours.
Can't wait till next month....
And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching. Hebrews 10:24,25 (NKJV)
